Rate each statement from 1 (not at all true) to 5 (very true). Be honest—this is just for you!

 Pre-Run Confidence:

Scoring & What It Means

🟢 40–60 points: You have a solid foundation! Focus on refining and strengthening your confidence strategies.

🟡 25–39 points: You have some confidence but struggle with consistency. These lessons will help you level up!

🔴 12–24 points: Confidence is a challenge for you, but that's okay! By working on your mindset, you'll see major improvements.
